As a student I am using my voice and rights to ask our community in Barangay Sta. Ana and our Local Government Unit (LGU) as well as the government of Taytay, Rizal, to save the Maningning Creek that was being neglected (napabayaan). After the time of the previous Barangay Captain, Hon. Engr. Joselito Calderon, we have notices that the responsibility to maintain the cleanliness of Maningning Creek has stopped. I am not trying to mix this issue with the politics, or for attention and whatnots, but I am here to express my opinion and concern in saving our beloved Maningning Creek.

Therefore, I am encouraging everyone and the all the newly elected government leaders in our town to notice this petition and make prompt actions.

Maningning Creek is suffering from so many pollutants that we cannot get rid of, but I believe help make a change if we discipline ourselves, make laws and programs for the river and sharing knowledge for the Youth.

I am calling out Sangguniang Kabataan ng Sta Ana, Pamahalaang ng Barangay Sta Ana, Taytay LGU, and the people of Sta Ana to help us in this petition and make a better and safer environment.
