Hello! I’m Stella Rockett and I’ve been apart of 2 amazing productions with Ms. Sydni, Frozen KIDS and Camp Rock! Sydni is an awesome because of her way of directing in a loving, hilarious, and fun way. Instead of letting her go, we should  recognize and appreciate the significant contributions she has made to NTPA and the Plano community. We believe that Sydni should continue her journey with the NTPA, where she can keep inspiring the next generation of performers like these ones :

MCKINLEIGH PFEIFFER :        Hi my name is Mckinleigh and I love Ms. Sid. I am so sad because stupid people are trying to kick her out which is wrong, so I am stating 3 reasons she is the best !

*she is an amazing dancer singer etc 

*she has amazing teaching taste

* her students always come back!

VANESSA SMITH :                       I’m Vanessa and I’ve been in a few of Miss Sydni’s shows like seussical, frog and toad, and camp rock she has given me my first main role and first lead and has been so special to me and made me more confident in who I am today and is a very good person I believe she shouldn’t get fired cause she directs amazingly and without her I wouldn’t of met my best friends in theatre I know today and she is always there supporting me and I love her so much and just losing her makes my heart break cause I don’t know what I’ll do without being in her shows cause she is AWESOME and without her directing camp rock I wouldn’t of met this AMAZING cast that made me cry for hours after the show ended knowing that it was Miss Sydni’s’s final jam and knowing that the best cast ever was splitting apart and I just pray you give Miss Sydni a chance cause she is awesome and I love her so much.

PRESLEY COE :                                   Hi! I’m Presley! I’ve been in almost EVERY Sidney show, including Mrs. Nelson is missing, charlottes web, Suesical, Frog and toad, and of course Camp Rock. The amount of confidence Ms. Sidney has given me is astonishing. Ms. Sidney has made a place in all of our souls so that’s why I keep on coming back to NTPA. Ms. Sidney has given me moves when I thought I couldn’t dance. The voice when I thought I couldn’t sing. And the love of theatre that I care for the most. All the talent that I thought a little 11 year old girl like me wouldn’t have has only sparked when Ms. Sidney was there encouraging me side by side. This theatre is a KIDS THEATRE. Not a show off for things that don’t really mean ANYTHING. This letter might not mean anything to you, but I want you to know that Ms. Sidney is one of the most passionate, thoughtful, talented, and amazing directors I have ever met. Keep your broadway staff if you want to, but Ms. Sidney is the one I would choose over any director in the entire world. Firing her won’t make anyone’s jobs easier. You’re probably thinking “She’s a kid. She wouldn’t know anything about jobs or business.” But actually I do. The team is currently experiencing a 30% decline in project efficiency and a 45% drop in measurable morale, underscoring the critical role our director plays in maintaining operational continuity and driving our collective performance. Don’t look down at Ms. Sidney and say “she’s just another director. We can get a better one.” Because no. If you’ve seen Ms. Sidney’s work then you would agree with me. Thank you for spending your time reading this. Remember, SAVE OUR SIDNEY!!!!!
