Hi There,

Sign this petition to stop Australia’s military involvement in the illegal war of aggression perpetrated by the USA and Israel against Iran.

Thankyou for your consideration. Please sign this petition to try and save our soldiers, their families and our nation from yet another war of aggression. If we do not stop our government from continuing its military asset support in this illegal war of aggression then we will likely see more young great Australian killed in wars for the greed and power of perverted individuals/oligarchs/cults.

The Australian Government is legally bound to adhere to International law. The Australian Government’s 2002 ratification of the 1997 Rome Statute for the International Criminal Court formalised this legal commitment. A total of 125 nations of the 195 UN recognised sovereign nations in the world have ratified the 1997 Rome Statute. Click to see if your nation ratified the 1997 Rome Statute and if so you too can use this petition as a generic template to petition your nation’s government if you wish, just substitute “Australia” for you nation and you should do it. Note: Every nation that I know has a pathway for an individual Citizen to petition their government to respond to grievances that a Citizen may have. https://asp.icc-cpi.int/states-parties

It is interesting to understand that the USA, Israel, Russia, Iran, China are amongst the 70 nations that did not ratify the 1997 Rome Statute so they are not bound by it, but 125 nations did and Australia is one of them.

Any involvement in a war by Australia must be in accordance with the UN Charter and not be in breach of international law. The Australian Government’s ratification of the 1997 Rome Statute for the International Criminal Court binds Australia to the jurisdictional authority of the ICC in crimes that it prosecutes.

"The right to petition Parliament has been one of the rights of citizens since Federation, and it is the only way an individual can directly place grievances before the Parliament."

To be considered “significant” a petition must pass 100,000 signatures before Parliamentarians in Australia will consider taking a petition into the Upper or Lower House on behalf of the Petitioner, so please reshare this petition.

https://youtu.be/_QbCLfHSins?t=916  Iran and Oman each have a legal right in international law to control their 12 nautical mile portion of the strait of Hormuz and Iran is current experiencing a war of aggression against it by the USA and Israel.

The Petitioner wishes to started that I am not affiliated with any under my capacity as an individual Citizen of Australia. I have managed 1 only other petition to s successful outcome and that was the Free Julian Assange , before its to late petition. That petition is the largest petition to have been tabled in both houses of the Australian Parliament and was the platform for which the bring Julian Assange parliamentary groups was established, established a case reference file with the International Criminal Court, Initiated a Royal Prerogative Power of mercy request on behalf of the 797,000+ Signatories. So I did some research and I reckon I have cracked the nut (so to speak) , to effectively initiate change by way of a Petition initiated by an individual.

The Prime Minister of Australia Mr Anthony Albanese is a Signatory to this petition. The Prime Minister of Australia Mr Albanese signed this petition on the 23rd of May, 2022, which was his first day as Prime Minister of Australia.

Thankyou and have a nice day
