Linden intends to submit a planning application for a mix of new homes on site. Linden homes intends on 260 new homes in the field area joining seamer to irton this would mean potentially hundreds more vehicles adding to the already busy roundabouts of seamer. The school in seamer is already running above its capacity and wouldn't be able to accommodate any further pupils. There is great concern for the already busy village roads and in particular the two main roundabouts in seamer and this proposed build could potentially bring another 400 vehicles to the roads of seamer. The school, doctors surgeries and facilities in seamer are already ready run in above their capability and would not be able to accommodate this many new residents. Linden homes have been stopped before through petitions let's save our seamer and do it again!
