show your outrage at bunnings actions against Santa who was simply trying to puchase 4 different items at the frankston store

he faces 2.5 years jail and total loss of ever being able to be santa again. His "FAITH" is St Nicholas based

 

the Law which the police don't seem to understand or know about in relation to removing someone is quite clear.. you cannot discriminate against someone based on what they are wearing in order to refuse goods and services unless that ban is on everyone

Call on the police and your local politicans to have the police withdraw their charges against santa and apologise, they may find this santa way more aproachable and forgiving than they think as his FAITH is that of St Nicholas, not the coca cola santa

this santa is not unreasonabale or eratic and may withdraw his action with IBAC conditionally

 

it seems bunnings  has decided to take an unwarrented aggressive stand against santa doing his christmas shopping in their store and are having him charged with tresspass which involves a 2 and a half year prison term and $4,500 fine.

 

this santa has visited bunnings since june 2020, 10 times in various colours of his work clothes and bunnings knows this as their employes have engaged with him and had their photos taken with him, they have never demonstrated any issue till this december

 

this santa is a disabled pensioner

This santa is Autistic at the high functioning end of the spectrum, the police know this

this santa has all the working with children qualifications, bunnings knows this

 

This santa is perfectly aimiable and would not hurt a fly

 

this santa does charity work mostlty when and where he can like the brotherhood of st lawrence centre where he was shorly before the attack on him

 

this santa does rounds of the tea rooms of the emergency services of frankston including the police  before christmas eve as a thank you for their dedication to give a small gift of tins of christmas shortbread at his own expense as a pensioner

 

this santa is happy to stop and chat and spend the time with anyone that approaches him

 

this december for some unknown reason they have taken umbridge at him doing HIS christmas shopping there. 

 

There are suspitions of one maybe two employees of bunnings now that used to work at karingal hub that were committing the same bullying of this same santa. they were removed from karingal

 

Please help save santa by signing this petition,

A word from Motorbike Santa

I have been doing santa since 2013. the first time for Autism plus using one of those hideous coca cola suits and beards. for no fee as I believe in the true spirit of st nicholas not the coca cola santa. a character fabricated by coca cola (a sugar loaded narchotic drink at the time) based on st nic without the permission of the family or trusts

 

my belief system has evolved around the philosophy of st nic and the other sorces that have been rolled into santa over the years  since the coke santa was createn in the 1930s and mythology from centuries before. so I am not just santa, I believe everyone has the capacity to bring happiness into this world in spit of the ambassadors of unhappy

 

in2016 during cancer treatment I made my first santa suit but wasn'y that happy with it and gradually taught myself to the point where I make the suits I wear now and have one for almost all the points of the wheel of the year so I get out and about as st nicholas on my bike waving folks and making them smile.

 

I have been doing this for 6 years around the frankston and mornington area with some runs into the city and have become very well recognised and known. I often do meet the people walks in mornington and also frankston and karingal. 

 

also at or near christmas eve I drop off tins of christmas shortbread to the emergency services hospitals here, out of my own pocket , no small feet as I am a disablity pensioner.

 

I have also been seen on the train to adelaid, in canberra and sydney all as santa and all without any issues….. but for bunning and chadston…because they can't charge me to profit on my presance.

 

stalled talks with chadston ordered by police andalso  human rights commission have been ceased by them and are now being referred to VCAT if possible

 

the bulling I was getting at karinga hub for 3 months some years back seems to have moved to bunnings with a certain person maybe a second more recently. I don'y like bullies and never have having been bullied most of my life for being different, high end autism 

 

bunnings it appears has an ex security guard from karingal hub working for them that bullied me for 3 months over pretty much the same thing and after VCAT I was compensated and his employ terminated along with that security company

 

It appears that bunnings is acting on this person or a second perons  personal vengence on me as the play of events seems so similar

 

as a result because bunnings have acted in a way that has caused the involvement of the police in an illegal arrest and aggrivated assault by them when I was breaking no laws just trying to do my shopping. impacting seriously on my disability, health and reputation, we will be taking legal advice and possible court action for compensation, so pleas help by signing this pettition

I attended your frankston bunnings store to do some shopping as it is my local store when I am staying in melbourne and I have shopped at this store on  and off for 10 years now.

I have never seen or heard of a santa being there in all that time

On this occasion at your store; and it is not the first time I have been there in my full suit; I was followed, my private conversations with people I know eavesdropped. I was then approached  and It was requested that I stand aside and wait for management: I consider this request to stay put and not continue what I was there for to be technical arrest and yet police were NOT called.

 

I was interogated surrounded by 4 staff (which is very much standard practise of security intimidation) as to who I worked for, this is my private business and none of westfarmers, I was then told they had concerns about me being in the store and talking to people CHILDREN WITH THEIR PARENTS who approached me. Again my private associations are none of their beezwax. I have the right under common law of right of association and right to congregate so this statement is extremely offensive to me as it accuses me of being a pedophile.

 

I was told that they have a santa there at times, who hands out lollies. AN OLD MAN NO DOUBT DESHEVELLED ENTICING KIDS WITH LOLLIES…..as a child I was warned about taking lollies from men to entice children and this is the lesson you are sending children!!??….I have great concerns about that not only for what it teaches the child but how it reflects on my ancestor St Nicholas and our family name and reputation. also the question of wether you have permission to use the reputation  and image in this dissagreeable and discracefull manner to profit by

 

I went back later to ask how they treated the santa they employed and what protections they had for him from annonomous complaints and their answer was totally unacceptable

 

In my case if they truely  had any concerns they should have immediately called police and not approached me. Anyone with half an ounce of commonsense would have observed I was no threat to anyone. the fact that other customers when going past were saying excitedly "hello it great to see you again and in your white suit this time

the manner of your staff approach to me was almost identical to one at Karingal Hub by a bitter and twisted lady who simply didn't like santas or men. she was dealt with immediately

 

on monday 14

on entry was immediately attended by two fellows, I have never had this happen in the 10 years I have bee shopping at this bunnings, this is extremely suspitious to me that I am being monitored without good reason now when I enter the store. I hope this is not the case and not ongoing

 

I hope we can meet to discuss this and find some solution that may well be benifical to all in a good and positive way

 

 I just hope you don't go down the same path as chadston management(Vicinity Centres) who did a civil arrest and called to police. they are now before the human rights commission and may well end up going to VCAT with the possibility of a civil suit for false arrest

 

it is not in my nature to be like this and only to bring smiles and happiness to people but this that has happenned to me is just happenning too often to be disregarded and needs to be addressed once and for all

The responce from westfarmers was that I could shop the just not in my work clothes at the busiest time of the years for me…..totally unsatisfactory and quite illegal and in breach of my civil an human rights under legislation
