The North Creek Nursing Home (now Elderwood at North Creek) has been operating since 1974 and currently is a 4 out of 5 star facility.

This Nursing home is one of only three Elderwood LTC facilities in the Adirondack Park serving its 130,000 residents.

The majority of residents in this Nursing Home have lived here for many years and displacement could negatively effect their emotional, behavioral and physical well being.

We kindly request support to prevent the closure of our building and avoid the negative impacts that closure would have on our residents, family members, staff and local communities.
