Over 390 million children and adolescents aged 5–19 years were overweight in 2022. And of this 390 million, 160 million were living with obesity. Its time we make a detrimental drastic change to the way we cater our children and the way we set them up for the future. We all need to make a effort change the futures of our children because right now we are setting them up for a painful future filled with potential numerous health conditions. If we are able to change the way we feed our children with more nutritious food then we can change their future for the better.
