Save our animals, Building a PDSA in every area if the UK
The Issue
OUR STORY:
As of this month October 2024, our family has had too unfortunately say our goodbyes to one of the most amazing cats anyone can meet. Our cat was a male kitten who loved to play with his siblings, run with the other animals and was very much a best friend to all of us.
This month we have discovered that our beloved pet was born with a birth defect which effects his back and his back legs, wanting to save a member of our family and doing the thing we have to do as pet owners we had taken him to a vet, upon the inspection we were told that the scan we needed was a huge £2,000. Currently in the UK we have a programme available for people on benefits called PDSA, which offers help with vet bills, but they are restricted to a certain area, which our area does not qualify, however a town not even 5 minutes away is entitled to this service, so many people across the UK have a furbaby, a pet they love and cherish, opon looking at the available services I've noticed that PDSA Is not located in places that many people live, with current day prices and rising rent costs it is a very hard thing to have money available to spare, I Believe that our animals deserve the best and would like the government to take a look into building more services across the UK to help those with animals. Without these services many pets all over the UK suffer with pain, people will also be effected, many people around the world cherish, Love and adore their furbabys, situations like this can cause depression, anxiety, even extending to people gaining a fear of owning another animal, these animals are suffering whilst the government pays bearly anything to support our pets, If you think our animals deserve more and deserve to have the life they were born to have please sign our petition and let's make a better world for our animals ♥️.
We must take action now as our animals health care has already become unavailable to so many people across the UK, we need your help to make our vision of a better health care system for our Pets. Thank you
