Signing of this form does not represent opposition to a long-term care facility being developed in the The City of Temiskaming Shores, however does indicate the opposition to the current proposed location of such development.
By signing this petition, I am confirming my opposition to the disposition and proposed development of municipal lands of approximately 6-8 acres located at the Southeast corner of Barr Avenue and the unopened road allowance of Sumbler Crescent, New Liskeard, ON.
