The Staff, parents and most importantly the students will be extremely negatively impacted by this decision to move Principal Bynum. There is not a better person to remain at OCE, he is loved, admired, respected and as you can see protected enmasse! Mr Bynum needs to stay with his students, he is more active, involved and present than any educator I have ever seen. He makes the learning environment fun for them, the kids talk about how amazing he is, and it’s not uncommon to hear around the dinner table “Mr Bynum is so funny he dressed up like XYZ for this event” or “Mr Bynum saw so and so picking on me and we had a talk, now we are friends” never have I ever had a Principal so incredibly involved- taking him away from these students will be devastating to them and the school!
