Morning Hall is a well known to the community in Chingford community for over a century. As well as being home to CADOS (Chingford Amateur Dramatic and Operatic Society) it hosts many other community groups, meetings and events

Waltham Forest Council are trying to increase the rent on Mornington Hall from £24,500 per year to £85,000 per year and request ING backdated rent payment to June 2024!  This is will make this valuable community asset unaffordable and could force the closure of the hall.

This is a non-political petition asking LBWF to reconsider this unaffordable hike
