Moray Council is proposing to close 7 of Moray's 11 libraries: Burghead, Cullen, Dufftown, Keith, Lossiemouth, Fochabers (Milnes) and Tomintoul. These libraries are at the heart of their communities, and relied on by many people from all walks of life. If lost, the services and community spaces they provide will be irreplaceable. We deserve our local libraries!
