Dear Supporters,  

This coming Wednesday is MW P&C General Meeting, 7pm, 10 June 2026.  This is an important chance for our community to make our voices count. There are 12 motions requiring discussion and vote, and the President will provide a verbal update on the BASC transition plans. With so little information shared so far, this is our opportunity to ask questions, seek clarity, and have a say in decisions that affect our children and school community. If you care about what happens next, please attend.

Question you may all want to know. 

• Will all existing families still have a care placement after Term 3?
• Will my child be disadvantaged in any way during the transition?
• Will the current staff still be caring for our children after the transition?
• How are our staff being supported during this transition?
• What fundraising gap will the loss of BASC create for the school and the P&C?
