Sorry I could not update you for long time as my account was locked.

Now it is functional and here is the update

We got to know that verdict for our PIL 88/2018 will be pronounced in the month of December and suddenly last week we got update that it is today .

Any PIL is heard by a division bench of high court which comprises of 2 judges and same happened to this case as well and post looking at the merit Judge gave stay order on the dumping.

Suddenly last week we got update that it is today ( Money the 16th Sept)

Case came to Honorable Chief Justice of High court and time of 2 days was given to respond and with extremely limited opportunity to respond the verdict was passed.

Abhivayti an NGO reached to the high court and it is so wired that judge gave verdit as attached.

If case didn't have merit and was "Frivolous"  them how come same court under different honorable judges ( who is chief justice of Karnataka high court now) gave stay order on filing of the waterbody.

This is a big hurdle but we will find legal way of tackling this meanwhile all we want is strong support from you all .
