As we eagerly wait for the high court order I got hold of an earlier order that has still not found its taker and implementer in truest sense.

It is almost 2 years from the passing of these high court order & many of the directions have either not been implemented at all or implemented in half hearted manner.
For example - No publicity to website , no dedicated help line number etc.Sharing with Forest department who than give some other number .

After alarming rates of emails ( in the month of July ) reaching the officials  and escalation to media they where forced to follow the orders and now website have features as per recommendations.

In view of dim outlook for "GREEN"( pun intended as Markets are Red)  seems blink in coming times.

What can we do as an individual person ?

Voters of large democracy, do we have any rights and duties ?

Yes, we have to be united and face the red tape and build green with hard-work and use sheer numbers of forcing them to follow the common sense.

Together we stand, alone we have no voice so friends come together its time to be on streets, courts and wherever we can contribute to stop destruction of Nerul, Uran and Kharghar water bodies, wetlands and Mangroves.

We have NO CHOCIE but to take a stand and stop these destruction join Abhivyakati and many more such NGOs that are fighting this causes selflessly.

Come together to Build GREEN and STOP them who are creating disasters.Its our right to be safe, to be healthy and to protect our environment.

May essence of environments plea doesn't get lost in demarcations, documents and meaningless greed clad arguments.

I am praying high court sees this perspective and save our water bodies and restore it to original form .
