Anyone traveling in an area with Almish buggies are aware that visibility has and continues to be an issue. The small amount of tape and lanterns are not as visible and they think.  With the addition of the new Headlights on cars there is no way to see a buggy when cars are oncoming.  We are all in danger every time we go out at night, not just us but them too.  I know that we can all feel the same when I say I just want everyone to make it home alive.  

If we don't do something ie requiring flashing lights on the buggies, it will eventually result in someone dying.  I'm sure it has already.  No one should lose a loved one because of poor visibility or to an accident that could easily be avoided if lights were on the buggies making them clearly visible. 

This cant wait the sooner we do this the safer our roads and our lives will be when out driving.  How many people are going to have to die, how many accidents, that affect people financially and emotionally, before we do what's needed to keep us all safe.
