Kimball’s Peak Three Theater is Colorado Springs’ last true art house– a place where independent cinema, and local stories have lived for decades. Losing it means losing a piece of our cultural identity. Peak Film House, a new Colorado nonprofit, is pursuing the opportunity to preserve, revive Kimball’s if its owners are willing to negotiate. We are raising funds, gathering community support, and building the foundation needed to act if the door opens. We currently don’t have an agreement with the owners of the building. This petition does not force a sale. It simply shows that the community cares–and that Kimball’s matters.
