Chesapeake Parks and Rec have come to the suggestion to remove all biking features at the park in the near future, this will devastate the cycling communities in Chesapeake.  This park is home to tons of wildlife, waterways, and 4+ miles of mountain bike trails. This is one of the only mountain bike friendly areas in Chesapeake that we have to get some good mileage and have some fun learning skills on a bike.  The park also features a highly skill level BMX jump area that professional athletes ride and practice on.  If this is removed then the 757 area wont have a single dirt jump area unless you take a drive to Richmond. Please spread the word and leave comments on why you think this is a great park for the cycling communities and why you believe the city should make this park better instead of tearing down the bike features and maybe fixing the current features that are installed in the park.
