On April 20, 2023, the Beach Haven Zoning Department sent Holiday Snack Bar a letter denying the renewal of their mercantile license.

The holiday snack bar is beloved by residents and yearly vacation goers of beach haven and nobody can imagine what it would be like without the HSB. We must show the support of the HSB by signing this petition and keeping it alive. How could the department take away such a beloved part of Beach Haven.

HSB is beloved by my own family and friends as it is one of the best lunch spots on the island. I can’t imagine it being gone. 

Please sign to show the Beach Haven Zoning Department that what they are doing is wrong and that they need to reinstate their mercantile license.
