We are up to something, something BIG and something FUN!

BOWIE CT BLOCK PARTY!
Sunday, August 2 from 1:00 - 6:00 PM

The neighbors of Western Hills (Sherrelwood) are hosting a BLOCK PARTY for residents surrounding the historic Franklin Reservoir. The Adams County Block Party trailer will be in tow, offering tons of games, seating, shade, and music!  

We want to meet you! Whether you've lived here for a month, a decade, or are an original home owner, come get to know your neighbors and have some fun with friends and family.

We want you to meet Franklin! Who's Franklin? Franklin is the historic reservoir and open space, currently blocked off to the public, but visible from Bowie Ct. Come see our neighborhood's last open space opportunity and learn about the history of our land before it was housing.

We hope you'll get involved! We have an opportunity right now to be heard by our county commissioners, to ask them to apply a balanced approach to planning and development, and make the former reservoir the natural community space we deserve!
