These magnificent live oaks are now in danger of being cut down and replaced with non-native palm trees, a change that threatens the soul and character of our beloved town.

Swapping these stately oaks for palm trees might transform our charming city into something that more resembles Saudi Arabia, losing its unique charm and connection to nature. We cannot let this happen to our community.
