Monday, September 1, 2025. Quick update, with Summer 2025 coming to a close and the end of the year fast approaching. Would like to inform you about the Cottonfields Community golf course redevelopment project.
Based upon what we’ve been told by credible sources it is looking like the developers are pushing to complete the project sometime in Spring 2026. That’s if everything goes well with building permit approvals and the project continuing to move forward smoothly.
What this means is there will be no golfing until next year 2026. They’ve made a lot of progress since they started. However, the entire project is still under construction and looks like it. There was a rumor floating around the course may be open by end of the year 2025. Not going to happen.
If you have any additional questions contact Laveen 140 and their website is listed below. The good news is we’re closer to bringing back the game of golf to Cottonfields Community. Looks like the course is beginning to shape up quite nicely and if all goes well, next year 2026 the new golf course will be open to the Public.
Note: Please do your own research and due diligence.
