There was much more information about what to expect in the email. Go check your email messages. Well, the moment all of us have been waiting for. Laveen 140 LLC. and their team will begin the “NEW GOLF COURSE” development.
Where are all the naysayers, doubters and pessimists now?! Oh that’s right! Many of them lost face, sold their property at a loss and moved out of Cottonfields Community. Now look! The dream is finally coming to fruition! Yes it is!
The Cottonfields Community Homeowners stood their ground, voted and never gave up on their community. Team work makes the dream work! The voting process can and does make a difference in the outcome of developing the golf course.
Congratulations to all the Cottonfields Community Homeowners who voted in favor of modifying the REMA and in return for their good deeds will be rewarded with a “BRAND NEW GOLF COURSE!” Which will increase property values once the golf course is open.
As for the folks from surrounding Laveen communities and subdivisions who have been following this petition the past 2+ years. Cottonfields Community is winning and is finally heading into the right direction. Soon you will be able to enjoy playing golf on a “BRAND NEW GOLF COURSE” with your family and friends!
Shout out to Laveen 140, LLC. and your team. Thank you for not giving up. Thank you for being true to your word. The past 2+ years has been a rollercoaster ride filled with all kinds of emotions, hopes, insecurities, drama and stressful moments. Reading the news today about your team moving forward is a blessing come true! We can finally turn this page in Cottonfields Community history to a much brighter chapter and more prosperous future.

Thank you Cottonfields Community Homeowners! It may be too early to open a bottle of expensive champagne and toast to the grand opening of the golf course. But at least today we received notification the golf course construction is scheduled to move forward!
