One gentleman who worked in the golf course clubhouse said although there was some concerns prior to the redevelopment project. He believes the outcome has been a positive result and the golf course has been doing well for 7+ years now. I also met a man who lived in the community next to the golf course and he thoroughly enjoys playing the course.

This Round Is On Us
Dear Cottonfields Community Members,
Thank you to all the Cottonfields residents who have participated in our community meetings and provided feedback on the proposed redevelopment plans via email or through our website.
Your input is greatly appreciated as we seek to revitalize and restore the Cottonfields Golf Course.
As our way of saying thanks, we would like to invite you to play a round of golf at Mountain Shadows Resort in Paradise Valley—on us.
Our new golf course design is inspired by Mountain Shadows which is another redeveloped golf course. Mountain Shadows was selected by Golf Inc. as its 2017 Renovation of the Year in the Public Course Category. That course was designed by golf course architect Forrest Richardson, the very same architect working on our project. Recently we hosted a tour of the Mountain Shadows Golf Course.
From now until September 17th, we would like to invite Cottonfields residents to play a round of golf at Mountain Shadows so you can see for yourself the type of quality project we are proposing.
