Call to action for all Cottonfields Community Homeowners. Please attend this meeting. Laveen 140 will be presenting their revised residential project plan. They’ve listened to our concerns and requirements. Now we must listen to theirs.
When you look at the new golf course plan you will see the entire Cottonfields Community will be surrounded by the new golf course. Go look at my previous update showing you the picture featuring the golf course layout. Everyone’s property facing the golf course will continue to face the new golf course. There will be no houses built directly behind your backyard.
It’s important Cottonfields Community Homeowners attend this meeting so everyone understands exactly where new homes are needed. As long as the new homes are upscale looking and positioned far enough away from Cottonfields properties. The new homes may help increase the value of Cottonfields Community properties. Maybe some of you may want to purchase one of the brand new homes. They also will help fund the sustainability of the golf course operations.
As long as the new homes have their own entrances shouldn’t make any difference to Cottonfields residents. The vacant land next to the 202 freeway that extends east to the street 59th Ave will be developed. Maricopa County Community College Campus facility is suppose to be built there. I provided the link to the article so you can inform yourselves about the project.
Cottonfields Community Homeowners who live on 58th and your backyards face the golf course. You will eventually be looking westward across the golf course at Maricopa County Community College Campus. Your current unobstructed view westward will be partially blocked by Maricopa County Community College Campus once the campus is built.
The area around Cottonfields Community is changing and whether we agree with it or not doesn’t matter. The quiet, sleepy, cottonfields and farmlands are transforming into modern day urban areas.
Note: Please do your own research and due diligence.
