If you are interested in participating in these residential stakeholder meetings, please contact Alex Hayes at hayes@wmbattorneys.com.

For those of you who did not attend the May 23rd meeting. Laveen 140 will be posting the May 23rd, 2023 Cottonfields Community Homeowners meeting on their website: www.Laveen140.com

The new Cottonfields Community Golf Course design is inspired by another redeveloped golf course in Paradise Valley called Mountain Shadows, which was selected by Golf Inc. as 2017 Renovation of the Year in the Public Course Category. The course was designed by Laveen 140’s golf course architect Forrest Richardson. Forrest is the architect who will be designing the Cottonfields Community new golf course.
