Save Blue Lock from EightBit Studios. Get Blue Lock the Animation it Deserves.

The Issue

I, along with many of my fellow Blue Lock manga enjoyers, believe that the Blue Lock anime DESERVES the animation that matches the intensity, quality and detail of the Blue Lock's manga created by the great Muneyuki Kaneshiro and the incredible Yusuke Nomura.  Blue Lock was the best selling manga of 2023, with over 10,000,000 volumes sold.  Beating out the likes of other popular mangas like Jujutsu Kaisen, One Piece, Oshi No Ko, Chainsaw Man, Slam Dunk and many more.

Through the great work of Mr. Kaneshiro and Mr. Nomura, Blue Lock featured incredible works of ART and reached heights that many would only consider to be PEAK storytelling.  I believe that Blue Lock's anime adaption deserves to be recognized as a generational anime due to the authors exceptional efforts.  That won't happen due to the current studio which holds the rights to adapting the manga, Studio Eightbit.

After a whole season and a movie featuring sub-par animation endured by fans as well as the recent airing of episode 2 in Blue Lock's second season, it is clear that Eightbit refuse to enhance the quality of animation going forward despite having 2 years and a broadening fandom likely to increase budget.  It is unacceptable for a franchise such as Blue Lock to be growing largely in popularity to receive worse animation as more seasons and movies get released.  I hope to see certain arcs like Blue Lock vs. U20 and the Neo-Egoist League be adapted faithfully, however the second episode of the second season of Blue Lock alone has made me lose faith indefinitely in the studio to do so.
