Elementary students enjoy band and orchestra. The program provides a creative outlet in addition to teaching students how to read music and play an instrument. It fosters a sense of community among band mates and cooperation to perform as a group. Band and orchestra challenge a student to be disciplined and dedicated - qualities much needed for a child to succeed in today's competitive social and school environments.
