Hi everyone. We have set up this petition to try and get some support behind us. We want to keep the Ballylynch Playschool and Afterschool open. These services are in the community of Ballylynch, Carrick on Suir, Co Tipperary, Ireland. This area is the biggest housing estate in the town and these services are essential. 

On Friday June 7th 2024 representatives from South Tipperary Development Company met with parents of children attending both services and informed us that both the playschool and afterschool are closing down. 

Parents had application forms submitted for the playschool since March, while the afterschool also had names taken for September. These parents and especially the children are now left with nothing.

The Playschool and Afterschool provide a fantastic service. They are essential for Ballylynch, Carrick on Suir and the surrounding areas.
