On September 20th Azerbaijan military forces with support of Turkish army started another military attack on Artsakh, historical homeland of Armenians, 2500 soldiers against 60000.

 

 

 

 

Today the whole population of Artsakh is imprisoned, isolated from the world, people do not know where their relatives are, mothers are looking for their children in hospitals, shelters and even morgues. Artsakh has no electricity, no means of communication, no food after humanitarian blockade for 9 months. Thousands of people without contact with the outside world are waiting... and they don't know what they are waiting for. Russia and Azerbaijan are insisting for integration of the people to Azerbaijan (Russia to keep its peacekeepers, Azerbaijan to get funds) but.... we are a generation that survived the massacre of Sumgait in 1988, we have seen the bodies of our beheaded brothers and grandmothers with their ears cut off in 2020. For the last 35 years, Azerbaijan has spread anti-Armenian principles and hate among its people. Today, in the 21st century, under the nose of the civilized world, Azerbaijanis have started an auction of lost Armenian women and children. The integration is impossible.

 

 

 

We ask for: 

1.     to provide a humanitarian corridor through which the entire population of Artsakh would be transferred to ARMENIA including men who were fighting for the safety of their homes and families.

2.     to deploy UN peacekeepers in Artsakh as a guarantor of the population's safety.

3.     to provide humanitarian aid urgently, including medical supplies, food and first necessity products

4.     to force the Azerbaijani side to return the bodies of killed soldiers and our citizens

5.     to start searching for lost people, including soldiers.

6.     to ensure demilitarization of Artsakh by a third party.
