The people who are affected by this is . The people who live in the facility. And the family members who recognize what this person is doing. 

The things that will change are the ones that live there. They rely on this person and multiple people ask if she is there working. She does it all. When there is a holiday she makes sure that the facility is decorated. She makes sure that there are crafts to make. And she uses her own money for the crafts. 

Cindy needs to get her job back asap.

These people will be lost. My mom for instance is one who will be. My mom always asks if Cindy is there. No other person has come close to make my mom feel at home. A lot of family members are going to be very upset over Cindy being fired. I don’t like what has become of Pataskala Oaks Care center. And I know that I’m not the only one. How can they say she is unprofessional. When she does it all. I have to speak for my mom and who lives there . Most have dementia or Alzheimer. So I’m speaking for my mom who has dementia. Long as I’m alive I will always have a voice for my mom. And the residents at Pataskala Oaks care center. Please sign this petition!!!
