Covid-19 has impacted many graduating high school students as well as currently enrolled high school students . As the world is trying to figure out how to maneuver in this stressful time we are also asking for a chance to be heard & allow us a fair shot at going to college . Savannah State has done away with the payment programs for the 2020-2021 school year & have created a deadline that are impossible for students to meet because many of our finical aid hasn’t been processed & the school wants a to pay thousands of dollars within less than a months notice to even be able to move our stuff on the campus & attend our classes. If our bill isn’t satisfied on our move in date then we will be dropped from classes . All of the classes of SSU21, SSU22, SSU23, & SSU24 want is for the deadline to be extended so students are afforded a fair shot at being able to pay the school & have a college experience . Every signature counts please help us raise awareness to our school .
