Do not reverse the liquor regulations that allow alcohol to be served in strip clubs.

The Issue

Saskatchewan is the only province in Canada that does not allow alcohol to be in the same space as stripping.

In January of 2014 the liquor laws were relaxed and allowed for partial nudity and wet t-shirt contests in drinking establishments (no full frontal nudity is still allowed). Brad Wall has now stated he thinks it was a “wrong decision” and is reversing the laws back to the ban.

Many organizations are affected by this ban including bar business owners, as well as the individual dancers. Tourism is affected as well, as people will leave the province to go seek adult entertainment in other provinces.

We believe that this is not the correct course of action to take. Stripping only happens in adult spaces among consenting adults. Why does the government feel the need to police our social activities?

Sign this petition and tell Wall and the Saskatchewan Government that we would like to see the current liquor laws to stay in place!
