Current board meetings are held during regular business hours not allowing most families to be represented.  This petition serves to give these parents a voice and representation regarding recent changes that affect their child's education and future.  This voice is a right under FL Charter Statutes agreed to by the contract between SMA and the Sarasota School Board.  We are requesting that these signatures serve as a substitute for their physical presence at the July 1st, 2015 meeting. We respectfully request that another time conducive to working families be agreed upon by the Board should further discussions on this matter be needed.
