Background & Introduction

Sanzaru Games Inc the company that took over the Sly Cooper series 2010, the company that brought us an HD remake of the Sly Collection for our Playstation 3 and Playstation vita.

Sony passed the game onto Sanzaru that made an awesome job on Sly 4 originally named Sly Cooper: Thieves in time. In Sly 4 we have our Original gang that are going to save Sly's ansesters fate by going back in time and re-writing history.

At the end of the game we are left with an cliffhanger that are an obvious sign that the games will continue and that we will see a Sly 5 coming out. Or at least it looks like it, otherwise it would be counted for as one of the worst endings in gaming history. Now all the Sly cooper games are my favorite series and a lot of other people feel that as well, i would be fine with ending the series for some what reason in a good ending that puts it all together in some type of way, now i am not here to say how you should actually wrap it up but i am here to try to say that you can't leave the game as it is right now, where we are left off with an enormous cliff hanger and there is so much potential for the game.

Why are we even talking about this?

Sanzaru posted on their Facebook page that they won't continue with the Sly cooper series. Here is their official post:

"I wanted to respond to a lot of the questions regarding Sanzaru Games and Sly Cooper. While we, like you, dearly love the Cooper gang, we are not currently working with PlayStation on a project and there are no plans to work on another Sly Cooper title.
We are very proud of the work we have done on Shattered Crystal and the initiative from Sega on the new Sonic Boom series - download the demo and give it a try!"

But now again the real owner of the title is our beloved Sony, they could just pass the series on to some other company which i myself would be perfectly fine with, as long as we get Sly 5 to either continue or wrap it up.

So this petition goes out to both Sanzaru & Sony and are mostly made to get an heads up if the series are going to continue or if they are going to kill the series as it is?

Why should i sign this you might think?

Once you sign this petition you show that there is a demand for an other sly cooper game and that there is people who is willing to pay and play their next game, you will also show that you are not willing to allow the game to end like it does in Sly 4.
