Santee School District needs to continue to open as recommended by the Superintendent on November 30th. The School District has done great measures to protect our students and staff as evidenced by the fact that no transmission had occurred between students and staff. Santee city is also in the red tier. We feel it is in the best interest of the students for the students to be back full time in person. Our students need the schools open full time not just for their education, but for their social and emotional well being. 

We only have until Thursday so let’s get our voice heard so both sides are represented.
