Sandwell Local Authority have elected to contract household rubbish collection to Serco.

Serco employees are on strike over a pay dispute. 

Residents are forced, by law, to pay Council Tax, part of which covers bin collections.

We are forced into a contact with Sandwell Local Authority that they are now in breach of. 

We feel they should be partly refunding our Council Tax in compensation for this breach of contract
