I’m writing this to enquire about opening a an investigation or petition,(public or private). 
against Sandwell social services and how they have mistreated, bullied, manipulated and discriminated myself in regards to a proceeding involving my youngest son. 

they have operated and acted with professional negligence leading my son to be beglected in the their care of the social services foster placement which he was moved for neglect after me raising concerns and problems for 8 weeks in 2019 summer.

 

sandwell services have compromised and neglect support and guidance for myself throughout a 17 month period. Fabricated and falsified opinions and statements in reports and assessments.

 

ive been discriminated for my mental health due to the truama of my youngest son being wrongfully, unlawfully taken out my care as a premature breast fed baby. 

I have been failed by the system as child as I reported numerous reports in my childhood environment of abuse and neglect.

 

I was then neglected as a young adult in the care system which had now lead me to be neglected as an adult and my children to be neglected.

 

ive complained and raised concerns which have never been heard I have all original copies or reports and evidence against local authority which was brushed under the rug.

they’re concerns have been over rude by me completing every task and challenge set or recommend.

 

january 2020 it was recommend with completion of a positive isw report in December 2019 I was to complete 6-8 weeks of recommended therapy which I’m now in my 10 month and to move address due to the concerns of safeguarding due to being a victim of domestic abuse in 2018 from eldest sons father.

I have moved and this year it has come to terms that a second parent assessment which was undertaken was failed due to me having lack of support as I was unfortunate as child to not have support or a family network which I have built on through my young adult years.

 

statements and reports have been misinterpreted and insinuating information that is not facts and just passing comments. 

my social worker manipulated me and bullied me into believing if I moved property my son would be returned into my care.

 

hpwever I’ve had multiple reason to why my son was removed all have been changed after being challenged as ther reasoning haven’t been significant. My son was never meant to be taken out my care and they unlawfully acted to do so. My information and private life was mentioned on a ward in front of other nurses, new parents and myself no privacy no decorum or professional standards or protocol and they still Persue to discriminate me and my mental health that they have had a big contribution too and use it to their advanatage and against me.

 

I have reason to believe they’ve abused their authority and position

over the last 2 years I’ve had 4 switch over departs of social services and 4 social worker since their involvement in 2018.

in concerns my Choudry old will be adopted or placed into the care of the father where he is currently involved with social services where he has recent domestic incident with his children other mother and how the social services sympathise one of the children not being his when I was aware before I conceived my youngest son and so was the father and he has manipulated the local authority into favouring him and his trauma that his been aware of over 2 year period.

 

please I am begging for someone to help or support me in getting my son back into my care I have no conviction I have never been arrested I’ve never been deemed as a high risk or domestic perpetrator only a victim to abuse and trauma throughout my short lived life.

 

the system neglected me as a child, teenager and now young adult and I fear that the complication they have contributed to my case has been detrimental on myself and my children. 

id like an investigation or Sandwell social services to be appealed and address about how they’ve conducted their professional behaviour and action and compromised my case.
