Hi Guys,
Measure J, which we voted on in 2004, listed funding the Norris HOV ramps as one of its 30 odd projects. I'll bet you didn't know you were voting for ramp funding when you voted for Measure J! I know I didn't. So, Measure J is now out of money. CCTA is going to be putting a proposal on (I believe) the 2016 ballot, re-authorizing Measure J, in part, to get funding for the ramps.
We don't want to wait for Measure J to get re-authorized. We need to have our city council tell CCTA, that San Ramon doesn't want the ramps. Our 2 fence sitters on our city council. Phil O'Loane and Scott Perkins have both publicly stated, they are waiting for the EIR before they make up their mind on the ramps. What will it take to move them. Why not ask them?

Scott: sperkins@sanramon.ca.gov
