Hi Guys, I was talking with someone that had conversed with Phil O'Loane, one of our city council members. Phil has publicly stated that he is waiting for the EIR to be released, before making a decision. So, Phil indicated, during this conversation, that he didn't understand why the residents of San Ramon even care about these ramps!
