SAVE THE CLAY THEATER! 

The Clay will close THIS SUNDAY 1/26 unless we act now! This 110 year old single-screen theater is a gem. Our city can't let yet another iconic neighborhood theater be destroyed. Sign this petition to push the landlord, the business owners (Landmark Theaters) and the City to put the closure on hold while we fight to secure the Theater's historic landmark designation.

The Clay has survived so much over a century in the Fillmore district -- we need to do our part to fight for this beautiful, historic place. If you've ever enjoyed a Midnight Madness showing of Rocky Horror or The Room, or just love historic San Francisco buildings, do your part to let the City and the owners know they can't just close the Clay down!

Our plan is to present our case and this petition to the City Planning Department to urge them to stop the landlord from closing the theater. Do your part and make your voice heard, every signature counts!
