Sorry, minor update: the Carmel Valley Community Park 15th anniversary celebration (see http://www.cvsd.com/) is really Sunday, October 26, 2014 at 1:30 PM (not Oct. 15.) Additional Planning Commission info: It appears they didn't even vote to recommend approval of the environmental report (EIR.) So, they totally passed on making any recommendation on the project.
