Demand that our city councils declare San Clemente and Dana Point small business sanctuary cities. By doing this it will enable our businesses to remain open and maintain normal business hours in defiance of Governor Newsom's orders. 

Our local businesses are just as important as large corporate companies. They should all remain open as long as they do it in a safe manner by implementing the same safety protocols as the big box stores.
