Please world don't forget about my son Eddie Ray Bailey Jr.!

My son was murdered by four hispanic men and not one of them have been arrested. They stole from my son and then told him to come get his stuff that they stole. Once my son arrived the home owner said that no men lived there however the four men came from the back of the house and tried to jump my son.

My son fought all four of the men by himself and then one of the men shot him in the chest. The police found all of my son's belongings in the home owner's house that my son reported stolen.

My son's body was deem as evidence for over three weeks and the four men were posting on Facebook (the very next day) that they got away with murder. The men were also posting pictures with guns, money, boasting and bragging about how they killed my son.

The San Antonio, TX DA ruled my son murder was justifiable. I'm trying to understand how a unarmed man who goes to pick up his belongings gets shot & killed and the DA rules it justifiable.

I am going to fight for JUSTICE regarding my son because the federal law enforcement and judicial system is ABSOLUTELY WRONG! My son's story can be found on You Tube under his name if you want to view it.

I PROMISE my son and his two children that his death will not be in VAIN as long as I have breath in my body. I will continue my son's legacy because I serve a MIGHTY GOD who will have the last word!
