Samsung Internet should save pages in the download folder.

Samsung Internet should save pages in the download folder.
The Issue
We are asking the developers of Samsung Internet to change the location of saved pages to the download folder for the benefit of data portability.
The mobile web browser by Samsung, Samsung Internet, has the useful ability to save pages, but it has a flaw: data lock-in.
Currently, the saved pages are stored inside the app, not in the download folder.
Why is this a problem?
With the current system of saving pages, the pages can only be viewed from inside the "Samsung Internet" app and nowhere else.
This means the user is unable to back up those pages to an external device such as a flash drive or a hard drive, or copy them over to a new smartphone.
The saved pages are only stored on that one phone and can be viewed through that one app. If that phone gets lost, stolen, or breaks, all saved pages are gone. People have already complained about this.
The ability to save pages is not only is useful for offline reading, but to preserve web pages from being lost. Web pages disappear all the time.
The fix is simple.
All that needs to be done is change the location where the pages are saved. This shouldn't be too difficult for Samsung.
Show that your users matter to you, dear developers at Samsung. This change is simple for you to make. There is no reason not to do it.
