I am starting this petition for my adult daughter, Samantha Olsen, in the hopes that she can gain custody of her 10 year old little sister, who got sent to foster care over the weekend. Samantha is a wonderful big sister who has tried to gain custody of her lil sis for years, and now that the opportunity is here, the district attorneys office wants to hold things up because of a 6 year old assault charge she got when she got into an altercation with her brother when she was 18 years old. Meanwhile, little sis is stuck at a children's facility. All she wants is for her sister to take her home and then adopt her so she can finally have someone to call Mom. This now makes this little girl my granddaughter, so I kindly ask you to sign this petition so that we can present to the powers-that-be that we are a loving family who wants to bring our girl home.
