Salters Cove HOA has advised Marsh Walk Villas that a annual lease restriction must be imposed on the Condo and Homeowners of Salters Cove. The Hearing protocol was NOT followed when this rule was implemented by the Salters Cove Board of Directors nor when recorded with the County in 2019. 

The impact of this restriction removes all rights by the Homeowner to use their property hosting guests and family, willing to compensate you for the short term use of your property. 

These are difficult economic times. The neighborhood and Villas are faced with inflation and aging of property. The Long term renting in the neighborhood has resulted in distressed homes. 

Statistically the vacation home becomes a hardship and must be sold. The resell values are thousands less due to this rental restriction rule. 

The goal is to retain our vacation homes, improve our property values, and the ability to generate the income to help with future expenses. 

This is a request to the Salters Cove Board of Directors to remove the annual leasing only clause and violation fine of $2500.00 from the Salters Cove Rules and regulations.
