Judge Douglas Hogan suspended the recommendation sentencing of Former Utah CEO and convicted pedophile Douglas Saltsman. Saltsman was caught with over 13,000 files of CHILD and INFANT RAPE on his computer and was charged with 11 total charges with each charge having a 1-15 year sentence. Judge Hogan suspended the recommended sentences and said that Saltsman would ONLY serve 6 months in jail which he had already served 4 months and 4 years of probation. During the entire process prosecutors stated that Saltsman had no sympathy for the victims in the videos and was only concerned about how it would effect him.

Judge Hogan has displayed a SERIOUS lack of judgement that needs to be remedied by removing him from office so that this will NEVER happen again.
