Many counties if not most in NC are no kill shelters showing kindness to these precious animals.  However; that is not the case in Rowan County NC.  Once these animals are captured if not adopted they are put to death within weeks.  Knowing that this is a money issue I recommend that some monies be rerouted from other Rowan County programs (ie: parks/recreation, social programs, infrastructure, etc.) I am sure money can be found given the extreme waste often seen in city/county/state government.  Have a heart ~ stop murdering these precious of all creatures.
