I have set up this petition in the hope for safer crossing for pupils at Glebelands primary school. Double parked cars fill the road outside the gate and surrounding areas forcing cars to drive down on the wrong side of the road and obstructing good views of the road as they drive.
There is currently no school crossing patrollers at either Baffin street or Arbroath road to help children to safely cross the road.

My son was hit by a car on 2/11/2022 when he was leaving the school, thankfully he only sustained minor injuries but this could have been so much worse.

Please sign so that we can have a school crossing patroller for both Baffin street at the school gate and Arbroath road at the nursery gate aswell!

Its only a matter of time before this happens again and the children need to be able to cross the road safely!
